Hi, I'm Happy!

You're probably wondering what kind of a dummy I am.

I was created to bring you, or remind you, that even when things aren't great, we should do everything we can to make things good again and make us "happy" again. Or just to energize you with my joy. Because I am Happy. Such a minimalist, naive symbol of happiness. Otherwise, I'm happy to just make the atmosphere of your home more pleasant with a pleasant mood light. I'm such a happy lamp.

I like to be interested in the world. The one we all live in together. It's beautiful, but sometimes it's complicated. That's why sometimes I want to help and not just keep shining and shining. I'd like to be a part of some of the issues that are important to us. I would like to help with my joy or draw attention. Whatever... That's why there's Happy art...

Or as I said, just to be a nice interior companion.

Inspiration

Happy is inspired by the expression and symbolism of happiness. It's naive. But increasingly relevant. It's inspired by the desire to be happy, good mood and the struggle for a better mood. He's a kind of hero who actually fights evil and therefore bad moods.

Happy is born and handmade in the Czech Republic

Hand-blown crystal glass celebrates the art of Czech glassmakers. Moreover, it allows for

a great artistic overlap of a product that wants to be creative and able to respond to many themes. Combined with the hand-cast concrete that makes up Happy's body, this is an artisanal product made in the Czech Republic. The glass heads are created in Jiří Pačinek art glassworks. This allows us to create many forms of Happy. We are also preparing a version with a ceramic body for a perfect celebration of Czech traditional crafts.

How Happy King was created
for London?

For Atelier Bohemia in London, of which we are a part, we prepared a special Happy King head with a crystal royal crown in the Pačinek glass.
Only one example was created and will be presented at Clerkenwell Design Week 2025 in London to celebrate the bilateral relations between the Czech Republic and the United Kingdom.

Watch a video of the creation of the unique crystal crown.

Happy is here in its beauty and simplicity. However, it can have many faces and can respond to almost anything. She is not afraid of deep themes, or maybe just bold simplicity.

Artists and art often draw attention. Through their expression, they let the world know how they feel about certain things. They often respond to social and societal themes and issues. They can provoke, influence, or just draw attention.

Happy also wants to follow this path. He wants to become a little hero. Thanks to his variability, interchangeable head and the possibility of decorating his body, he can change his appearance and mood. Just like children do with creative building figures.

"I want to be interested in these themes in the future..."

SOCIAL ISSUES... SOCIETY... ART... FILM... EVENTS... CULTURE... PERSONALITIES... CORPORATE...
AND MORE...
